Residential Diversion Program

DESCRIPTION

Pathway’s Residential Diversion Program is designed for males and females ages 10 to 18.  Pathway’s primary goal is to divert moderate to very high risk youth from commitment to the Alabama Department of Youth Services.  The program has (52) male and (18) female beds that are licensed by the Alabama Department of Youth Services. Pathway, Inc. designates (40) male and (16) female beds to the Regional Alliance 4 Children.  The Regional Alliance 4 Children consists of the following counties: Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston and Pike. The program is adjusted to treat the population based upon the data identifying their unique risks and needs.
